CHECK IN WENT WELL AND STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND OBLIGING. GAVE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO GET TO TIME SQUARE AND THE CRUISE TERMINAL. FACILITATE TO LEAVE OUR CASES IN THE HOTEL AFTER CHECKOUT TO VISIT OTHER PARTS OF NY. NICE SIMPLE BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE AND A NICE CLEAN SEATING AREA. MS REHANA VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY TOWARDS US. ALL OUR NEEDS WERE MET. EVEN ORDERED A TAXI FOR US. ON OUR RETURN ALLOWED US TO LEAVE OUR CASES FOR A BRIEF PERIOD WHILE WE WALKED NY. EXCELLENT PERSONAL SERVICE

Room was great for our use. Two 3/4 beds, clean, not a lot of space, but has what one needs in it. Breakfast included. Very good! More then we thought there would be. Location was great, easy walk to midtown. Felt safe in area. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was OK but they seem to run out of food early which wasn't always replenished. Breakfast time was 06.30 to 09.30. However my friend arrived down at 08.30 and there was nothing left. She asked the staff member to replenish and was ignored.

Nagle

The room was small but manageable and very clean and updated. The washroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. The location was perfect for us and in walking distance of the cruise ship and close to restaurants and small markets.

Location very nice Bed very comfortable Breakfast at first nice and good , many options but after few days i was missing to eat more fruit rather than a lot of fried carbs. Price was good compared to other hotels with similar range.
